Sometimes I will make reference to data, or to something I have read, or an email that has been forwarded to me. When possible to include the source, when it is not something that can otherwise be linked to, it will be located in this nifty section of the blog, and linked accordingly.
I love reading about restaurant life. It brings back memories of putting myself through college working in various restaurants and how much fun I had….it was hard but rewarding work. It’s not hard to be polite….
